Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  
  • There is no returns or exchanges.
  • Each item is inspected by us personally and will not be delivered with any defects.
  • To ensure the utmost satisfaction with your purchase, we highly recommend inspecting the furniture immediately upon delivery. Please take the time to carefully examine the item for any damages, defects, or discrepancies. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, kindly inform to our crew, and we will promptly address the issue. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that every piece of furniture meets your expectations. Thank you for your cooperation in undertaking this inspection process.
  • In the event that a customer cancels the order before 24 hours after the purchase(s), Furniture Warehouse will charge a restocking fee 25% of the purchase(s), if the order is canceled after that period of time Furniture Warehouse will be charged a restocking fee 25% of the purchase(s) plus a delivery fee ($100).
  • When a furniture delivery is made and the customer decides to cancel the order without opening the product, we charge a restocking fee (25% of the total of the returning item) plus delivery fee ($100).
  • Customer is responsible for measuring their space and to make sure that the furniture will clear all doorways, stairways or elevators, and home/room access points.  The Customer is responsible for ordering the correct configuration, size, material and color.
  • All furniture items will fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into the desired location. If you or Furniture Warehouse is unable to place your furniture to the desired location due to fit, you will be charged the appropriate restocking fees (or, for custom special orders, the non-refundable deposit) in accordance with our return policies
  • You protect your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. Furniture Warehouse will not be responsible for damage to any floors.
  • Once the product is delivered to your home and assembled, there will be no possibility of returns or cancellations.
  • Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. 

Out of Stock Policy

  • There are times, when the product page displays In-Stock status for the item, and during the processing the order we can find out that it is either Out-of-Stock, Backordered or even Discontinued item. We do not take responsibility for these cases, as we are the retail store and work with the number of manufacturers which doesn’t provide with the daily inventory updates.
  • If you placed an order for the In-Stock item, and it has appeared during the processing that this item is Out-of-Stock we will notify you, offer you the alternative product, time of the delivery or provide with the full refund immediately.
  • Before placing the order feel free to confirm the In-Stock availability by emailing or calling us.

Delivery Policy

  • Usually, the furniture delivery will take place within 1 to 3 days after making the purchase. However, it is important to note that this timeframe may be subject to change for various reasons, either on the part of the customer or ourselves.
  • Our trucks are ready to deliver! We have plenty of stock and trucks standing by to deliver your merchandise promptly.
  • After making a purchase on our online store, a member of our team will contact you within the first 24 hours to confirm your address and schedule a delivery appointment.
  • If the client is not at their home on the scheduled delivery day and time, they will have to pay the delivery fee again to reschedule another appointment.
  • If the person who made the online purchase cannot be present, they must designate a person over 18 years old who will be fully responsible for receiving and inspecting the merchandise.
  • No merchandise will be delivered if there is only a minor present at the address, and the delivery fee will be charged again for rescheduling another appointment.

Local Pickup Policy

  • For your protection, only the person who placed the order (or person designated at time of purchase) can pick up the items.
  • Please bring the credit card used for the purchase and photo ID with you to the pick-up location.
  • Customer pickups are typically left in the original vendor packaging for safer transport to your home.
  • You are responsible for inspecting all pick-up items and noting any external signs of damage to our dock team member prior to Furniture Warehouse assisting you in loading them into your vehicle.
  • Furniture Warehouse is not responsible for any negligence, transport damage, vehicle damage, vehicle accidents, or personal injuries in connection with your pick up or return of merchandise.

Assembly Policy

Optional Assembly: Furniture Warehouse may offer customers the choice of assembling the furniture themselves or request professional assembly services for an additional fee.

  • Furniture Warehouse specifically disclaims any liability for damages or injuries that result from failure to follow assembly instructions.
  • Our products are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect or from damage resulting from improper use, care or storage.

Professional Assembly: Customers who opt for professional assembly may have their furniture delivered and assembled by trained technicians from the store. This ensures that the furniture is properly assembled and reduces the risk of damage or incorrect installation.

Assembly Charges: The assembly charges will always be a fixed rate of $35, regardless of the quantity of furniture purchased or how complicated it is to assemble them. The assembly price is subject to change without any prior notice.

Selecting Assembly: The customer will be required to select at the time of check out whether they would like assembly services. This allows the store to allocate the necessary resources and plan accordingly.

Warranty: Furniture Warehouse may offer a warranty on furniture that is professionally assembled. This ensures that if any issues or defects are found after assembly, the store will address them promptly. Warranty terms may vary depending on the specific furniture item and brand.

Disassembly and Removal: Furniture Warehouse may offer additional services for disassembly and removal of old furniture. This could be useful for customers who need to make space, move houses, or replace existing furniture.

Disassembly and Removal Charges: Disassembly and Removal Fee is $30 per item. The Disassembly price is subject to change without any prior notice.
